I. Landlord Pricing for 2026

Our landlord pricing covers full-service eviction representation, including drafting, filing, court appearances, and communication, from start to finish. All prices are plus filing fees and court costs.

Charlotte Metro Area

Charlotte or within one hour’s drive, e.g., Gastonia, Concord, Salisbury, Monroe, Lincolnton, Mooresville

  • $550 + Filing fees / Cost of court

Extended Region

1.5 hours or 80 miles from Charlotte, e.g., Hickory, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Lexington

  • $625 + Filing fees / Cost of court


Regional Hubs

2.5 hours or 130 miles from Charlotte, e.g., Raleigh, Durham, Asheville, Hendersonville, Pinehurst

  • $700 + Filing fees / Cost of court


Far-Reach / Coastal

3 hour drive from Charlotte, or farther than 130 miles away from it. e.g., Wilmington, Myrtle Beach

  • $900 + Filing fees / Cost of court


II. Property Manager Pricing for 2026 Our firm values long-term partnerships with property management professionals. Existing property management clients will retain their current pricing as long as their account remains active.

Attorney Fee

Covers all legal services for the standard summary ejectment process, from initial filing through the lockout (excluding appeals and third-party court costs).

  • $350 + Filing fees / Cost of court

Appeal Fee If an appeal is filed after judgment, this fee covers continued legal representation.

  • $800 + Filing fees / Cost of court


Appeal + Counterclaims Fee

For cases involving both a summary ejectment appeal and litigation of associated counterclaims through final judgment.

  • $1200 + Filing fees / Cost of court


Motion to Dismiss Fee

For legal work associated with moving to dismiss tenant counterclaims or defending a motion to dismiss the primary ejectment action.

  • $600 + Filing fees / Cost of court

III. Summary Ejectment Court Fees

These are court-mandated fees, paid directly to the county

Filing Fee Paid to the Clerk of Court
  • $96 per case

Service Fee Paid to the County Sheriff’s Office
  • $30 per defendant

IV. Appeal Pricing Structure

Appeals can introduce new costs depending on location and case complexity. Our appeal-related pricing ensures fair, predictable costs for every scenario.

Representation following an appeal filing.

  • $500 + Filing fees / Cost of court


Appeal + Trial Fee

For cases requiring a trial appearance after an appeal.

  • $1000 + Filing fees / Cost of court


Appeal + Counterclaims Fee

For appeals involving both the ejectment appeal and counterclaims litigation.

  • $1500 + Filing fees / Cost of court


Motion to Dismiss Fee

For legal motions to dismiss counterclaims or to  defend such motions.

  • $750 + Filing fees / Cost of court


Additional Appeal Fees for Cases Outside Mecklenburg County

  • Within a one-hour drive: $125 per appeal
  • 1.5 hours or more away: $275 per appeal

When tenants owe money beyond possession, our firm handles post-eviction recovery cases as well.
